Build the Future: Chabad of Maricopa City

A New Beginning for Jewish Life in Maricopa

Maricopa City is one of Arizona's fastest-growing communities, with thousands of new families moving in every year. Among them are Jewish families seeking connection, tradition, and a sense of belonging. This summer, Rabbi Dov Ber and Rivka Fridman, together with their family, will be moving to Maricopa to establish the city's first Chabad Center. Our vision is to create a warm and welcoming Jewish home where every Jew can celebrate, learn, connect, and grow. From Shabbat dinners and holiday programs to Torah classes, children's activities, pastoral care, and community events, Chabad will serve as a center for Jewish life in Maricopa. But building a community begins long before the doors open. We invite you to become a founding partner in this historic endeavor and help lay the groundwork for a vibrant Jewish future in Maricopa City.

How does a Match Campaign work?

Launching a brand-new Chabad House from scratch requires a major investment of vision, energy, and resources. To ensure that our programs, services, and community outreach can begin immediately and remain accessible to all, we do not charge membership dues or entry fees. We believe Jewish life should be open and welcoming to every Jew from day one. To help establish this new center, a group of visionary founding donors has stepped forward with an incredible challenge. For these 72 hours only, every dollar you contribute will be matched dollar for dollar. That means a gift of $100 becomes $200. A gift of $500 becomes $1,000. Your generosity will have twice the impact in helping build Jewish life in Maricopa City.

How can I help?

You have a unique opportunity to become a founding partner in Chabad of Maricopa City. As one of the very first supporters of this new center, your gift today helps fund the initial setup, holiday programming, community events, and vital outreach that will shape Jewish life in Maricopa for years to come. Maimonides teaches that a single good deed can tip the entire world toward goodness. Today, your deed doesn't just tip the scale—its impact is doubled. Join us in making history in Maricopa City. Make your founding gift today and help build a thriving Jewish future.
